PM Kisan is a Central Sector scheme with 100% funding from Government of India.
It has become operational from 1.12.2018.
Under the scheme an income support of 6,000/- per year in three equal installments will be provided to small and marginal farmer families having combined land holding/ownership of upto 2 hectares.
Definition of family for the scheme is husband, wife and minor children.
State Government and UT administration will identify the farmer families which are eligible for support as per scheme guidelines.
The fund will be directly transferred to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries.
The first instalment for the period 1.12.2018 to 31.03.2019 is to be provided in the financial year itself.
There are various Exclusion Categories for the scheme.
In February last year, PM Narendra Modi had launched a scheme known as Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana to provide financial assistance to small and marginal farmers in India. Under the PM-Kisan scheme, Rs. 6000 is being given to eligible farmers in 3 installments every year. As the new financial year has started for this scheme, a new list has been uploaded on the official website pmkisan.gov.in. If you have applied for PM-Kisan and want to know whether your name is on the list to get Rs. 6000 annually, then you can check your name by visiting this website.

Upload documents online
If for some reason you have not yet submitted your documents and your application has stalled, the documents can be uploaded online. Also, if you want to take advantage of the scheme, you have to log in to the website. Click in the ‘Farmer Corner’ tab provided. This tab gives farmers the option to register themselves in the PM Kisan Yojana.

Pm kisan nidhi yojna If you have applied before and your Aadhaar card has not been uploaded properly or for some reason the Aadhaar number has been registered incorrectly, you will also find information here. You can then correct your error. The names of the farmers who have been given the benefit of this scheme by the government can be seen by state / district / taluka / village. A complete list of all the beneficiaries has been uploaded in it. What is the status of the application. The farmer can also know the Aadhaar number / bank account number / mobile number.
The following categories of beneificiaries of higher economic status shall not be elligible for benefit under the scheme.
1.All Institutional Land holders.
2.Farmer families which belong to one or more of the following categories:.
3.Former and present holders of constitutional posts
4.Former and present Ministers/ State Ministers and former/present Members of LokSabha/ RajyaSabha/ State Legislative Assemblies/ State Legislative Councils,former and present Mayors of Municipal Corporations, former and present Chairpersons of District Panchayats.

All serving or retired officers and employees of Central/ State Government Ministries /Offices/Departments and its field units Central or State PSEs and Attached offices /Autonomous Institutions under Government as well as regular employees of the Local Bodies
(Excluding Multi Tasking Staff /Class IV/Group D employees)

All superannuated/retired pensioners whose monthly pension is Rs.10,000/-or more
(Excluding Multi Tasking Staff / Class IV/Group D employees) of above category
v)
All Persons who paid Income Tax in last assessment year

Professionals like Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, Chartered Accountants, and Architects registered with Professional bodies and carrying out profession by undertaking practices.

The first thing you have to do is go to the website pmkisan.gov.in. Here you will find the menu bar on the home page. Go to ‘Farmer’s Corner’ here. Then click on the beneficiary list link here. Now enter your state, district, sub-district, block and village details. After doing so, click on Get Report and get the full list.
