Currently, the following instructions are circulated to conduct (direct) examinations for the final semester terminal semester of undergraduate and postgraduate students at the end of adult consideration, taking into account the academic interests of the students improving the transition situation of CID-19 in the state.
All the government and private universities / colleges of the state will have to conduct off-line (direct) examinations for the final semester terminal semester and post-graduate level students during July 2021, taking into account the prevailing conditions.
Before conducting the two examinations, all the government and private universities / colleges in the state should ensure the vaccination of the examinees by organizing compulsory covid vaccination camps for the students, academic and non-academic staff in collaboration with the local authorities like Municipal Corporation / Panchayat.
3. The instructions issued by the Department of Health and Family Welfare regarding vaccination should be followed in coordination with the guidelines.
Each university / college has to take into account the health safety of the students, faculty and staff keeping in view the conditions of their area and strictly follow the guidelines of CVD-19 from time to time.
To comply with the rules of social distance in 4 examination rooms as well as the Department of Education's periodic guidelines (SO.P) on CID 19 regarding hostel accommodation and all ancillary matters (e.g. masks, sanitation, etc.) related to the protocol of COD-19. Will have to be strictly enforced.
