Temporary merit list

In order to prepare merit list to fill the vacancies of the year 2061 on the basis of merit in the schools / district education committee owned schools (Std. 1 to 8 and Std. 6 to 8 - other medium) On-line applications were solicited. The provisional merit list of the candidates will be published on http://vsb.dpegujarat.in web site on 09/09/2071 at 11.00 hrs. The candidate will be able to see his details by entering his TET exam number, recruitment type, mobile number and password. To see the merit order and merit points as well as other details, one has to click on the link of merit on the web site.

(1) By clicking on the objection application, the candidate will be able to view the online objection application (correction form). If there is any defect in the details as per the form in the amendment form such as name, qualification, category and marks / percentage etc., a hard copy of the objection application has to be removed online from the website. (2) If there is a defect in the details of the form previously filled by you, the details which appear to be defective should be written in the column of the correction sheet shown against it.

(3) Candidate has to submit the correction form filled in the manual in person in two copies in the same acceptance center which has been submitted to the acceptance center on 09, 10, 11 June 2071 from 11.00 to 12.00 hours.

(4) The Acceptance Center shall obtain a copy of the amendment form after verifying all the original evidence of the amendment along with a copy of the grounds and a copy signed and returned to the candidate.

(5) Only the details given in the application form can be amended. No new details or qualifications can be added. Presented

Instructions for filling up the application form online:

1. The online application form for academic assistant recruitment can be filled from the website http: /vsb.dpegujarat.in from 11:00 am on 08/02/2071 to 12:00 noon on 12/07/2021.

2 Carefully study the instructions, resolutions, circulars and forms for the candidates posted on the website before filling up the application form. Pass the TET examination conducted by Gujarat State Examination Board for English and Hindi medium vacancies.

Only candidates who have done so will be able to apply online.

4. Candidates other than English and Hindi medium who have passed CTET and TET examination from other states can apply in the medium.

Candidates will have to first register by filling in their details from the registration link. after that

Login will open the application form. The details of the online application form should be filled in as per the column and the application form should be saved. After saving online, all the required supporting proofs along with the application form will have to be uploaded online. Then a printout of the application form has to be obtained. 6.

7. Check the information online before SAVE the online filled form on the computer and make any changes in the filled form. Once the application is finally submitted to the Acceptance Center, it cannot be amended

8. Printed copy of the application form will be accepted in person at the designated acceptance centers from 08/06/2021 to 15/09/2021 (excluding Sundays and public holidays) in person from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.

9. No modification or alteration in the printed form will be accepted. However, even after the final submission of the district, if there is any need to make any amendment, after the publication of the working merit list, the amendment can be made by getting the online amendment form. But neon detail information qualification cannot be added

11. Hardcopy of the application form should be verified at the designated acceptance center of the state along with the required original marks / certificates, pay the prescribed fee, obtain the signed access as required, and submit the application form final through the acceptance center. No application form will be accepted unless final submitted.

12 After final submission of the application form, get the signature of the acceptor given by the acceptance center and save it, and bring it with you at the time of selection.

13 Application forms will not be accepted by post or courier at the acceptance center or recruitment office.

Applications submitted will be considered canceled.
