4. The following activities may also be undertaken by the teachers and administration of the schools while adhering to COVID-19 preventive measures such as using masks, protective gear etc:
E- Office and e-filing system may be encouraged and followed.
All kinds of waste material like sanitation waste, used and disposed masks, broken furniture, unusable equipment, defunct vehicles etc. should be completely removed from the premises of schools/ institutions and disposed off as per procedure.
Banning use of single use plastics within school premises.
(iv) Teachers and students in association with local representative should virtually (or in-person one to one contact with safety precautions) propagate the theme of the Pakhwada among family members, neighbors, citizens in nearby areas.

(કોવિડ- ૧૯ ની ગાઇડલાઇનને ધ્યાને લઇ નીચેની કામગીરી કરવાની રહેશે.
1. પખવાડાના પ્રથમ દિવસે તમામ પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં સ્વચ્છતા અંગે શપથ લેવાની રહેશે. જેમાં શાળાના તમામ શિક્ષકો અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ વર્ચ્યુઅલ માધ્યમથી અને સામાજિક અંતર જાળવીને ભાગ લેવાનો રહેશે.
2. પ્રથમ સપ્તાહમાં SMCS/PTAS દ્વારા શિક્ષકો અને વાલીઓ વચ્ચે વર્ચ્યુઅલ માધ્યમથી અને સામાજિક અંતર જાળવીને બેઠકનુ આયોજન કરવાનુ રહેશે. જેમાં સ્વચ્છતાના મહત્વ અને હાથ ધોવા, માસ્કનો ઉપયોગ, સામાજિક અંતર અંગે પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવાના રહેશે.
3.દરેક શાળા/સંસ્થામાં પાણી અને સ્વચ્છતા સવલતોનું નિરીક્ષણ કરવા શિક્ષકો અને જો જરૂરી હોય તો સુવિધાઓની મરામત અને નિભાવ માટે પ્રસ્તાવાયોજના બનાવવી.
4.શાળાઓમાં સ્વચ્છ અને સારી રીતે જાળવણી કરાયેલ જગ્યાઓ અને શૌચાલયો માટે જીલ્લા/તાલુકા/ક્લસ્ટરોમાં સ્પર્ધાઓ યોજવાની રહેશે.
5. શાળાઓમાં સ્વચ્છતા અને સ્વચ્છતા પર વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે ચિત્રનિબંધ સૂત્ર લેખન ક્વિઝ સ્પર્ધા વર્ચ્યુઅલ માધ્યમથી કરવાની રહેશે.
6. સ્વચ્છતા જાગૃતિ માટેના સંદેશો શાળા/સંસ્થા/વિભાગની વેબસાઇટ પર મુકવાના રહેશે તથા શાળામાં જોઇ શકાય તેવી રીતે સ્વચ્છતા અંગેના ફોટોગ્રાફ મુકવાના રહેશે. શાળાના તમામ શિક્ષકો અને શાળાના વડાએ DIKSHA પોર્ટલ પર મુકેલ મોડયુઅલ અન્વયે ઓનલાઇન ટ્રેનીંગ લેવીની રહેશે.
શાળાના વિદ્યાર્થીઓની સ્વચ્છતા એમ્બેસેડર તરીકે અને શાળાના આચાર્યને નોડલ અધિકારી તરીકે નિમણૂંક કરવાની રહેશે,
કોવિડ- ૧૯ ની ગાઇડલાઇનને અનુસરીને શાળાઓના શિક્ષકો અને વહીવટી સ્ટાફ દ્વારા નીચે જણાવેલ પ્રવૃત્તિઓ કરવાની રહેશે.
1. E-office અને e-filing પધ્ધતિનો ઉપયોગ કરવાનો રહેશે.
2.શાળાના પરિસરમાં બીન જરૂરી પદાર્થોનો નાશ કરવાનો રહેશે.
૩. શાળાના પરિસરમાં સિંગલ યુઝ પ્લાસ્ટીક પર પ્રતિબંધ મુકવાનો રહેશે.
4. 5. શિક્ષકો અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓ દ્વારા સ્વચ્છતા અંગેનો પ્રચાર કરવાનો રહેશે. સિંગલ યુઝ પ્લાસ્ટિકનો ઉપયોગ બંધ કરવો અને 3 R (ઘટાડવું, પુનઃ ઉપયોગ અનેરિસાયકલ) સિદ્ધાંતોનું પાલન કરવા અંગે જાગૃતિ આપવાની રહેશે. વારંવાર ઉપયોગમાં લેવાતી જગ્યાઓની દૈનિક સફાઈ કરવાની રહેશે.
6.વધુમાં, સ્વચ્છતા અભિયાનને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવા અને સામૂહિક જાગૃતિ લાવવા માટે નીચેની પ્રવૃત્તિઓ હાથ ધરવાની રહેશે.
1. વિદ્યાર્થીઓ/કર્મચારીઓ અને અન્ય લોકોને સ્વચ્છતા અને જળ સંરક્ષણ માટે પ્રેરિત કરવા માટે ઓડિયો વિઝયુઅલ કાર્યક્રમ / IEC સામગ્રી બનાવવાના રહેશે.
2. પાખવાડાને પ્રકાશિત કરવા માટે વિભાગ રાજ્ય વેબ પોર્ટલ પર ઇલેક્ટ્રોનિક બેનરો બનાવી અને અપલોડ કરી શકાય છે. પ્રચાર અને જાગૃતિ જનરેશન સોશિયલ મીડિયા, તેમજ ઇલેક્ટ્રોનિક અને પ્રિન્ટ મીડિયાના ઉપયોગ દ્વારા થઈ શકે છે.
