Regarding the above subject, the office has received representations from your reference letter regarding recruitment of drawing exercises and music teachers in primary and secondary schools. As per the provisions of RTE Act-2009, in government primary schools, with the approval of the Department of Education, it is allowed to fill in the picture and exercise teacher as a traveling teacher, there is no provision in the current rules for a music teacher.
