Subject: Informing the selected schools for conducting Gujarat Achievement Survey-4, Reference: With respect to the branch note dated 13-09-22 of the Research Branch, with the permission of the Director,
Jayabharat et al to state that in the year 2022-23, it is planned to conduct Gujarat Achievement Survey-4 (GAS-4) in selected schools of class IV, VI and VII in all the districts of the state. The date for conducting the survey will be announced later. Ten schools have been selected district wise and per taluka, according to which thirty schools have been selected per taluka through all three classes of your district.
The list of schools selected for Sadar survey is attached herewith in three excel sheets, from which filter the list of schools of your district from the list of selected schools of the state sent herewith, so that the selected standard of the selected school does not change from the list of schools sent herewith. Make a careful list which will inform the concerned schools in advance about the selected standard and Sadar survey according to that standard. You have selected the schools from the list of school data verified by you and will verify the standard with the list of schools sent earlier, the schools have been selected by random sampling. Even so, the school has to be included in the survey as per the attached list. For which a grant is to be allocated for one FI per standard per school and for other expenses related to the survey.
