The evaluation of more than 90 lakh answer sheets of the Class 10 and 12 board examinations conducted by the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has been completed.
Data entry of the marks obtained by the students has been started by the board. Board officials are saying that 95% of the data entry of class 12 science has been completed. So the result of class 12 science exam is likely to be announced in the first week of May. The results of class 10 and 12 may be declared.

The Board of Education conducted the Class 10 and 12 board exams from March 14 to March 29 and the evaluation process started from March 30. A total of 334 central evaluation centers were arranged for answer book evaluation in the state. As many as 49 lakh answer sheets were verified in class 10th. In which 7.74 lakhs of first language, 7.78 lakhs of second language, 7.80 lakhs of mathematics basic, 81 thousand of mathematics standard, 8.60 lakhs of science, 7.71 lakhs of social science, 6.96 lakhs of English, 1.17 lakhs of second language Gujarati were examined. Similarly, 6 lakh answer sheets were evaluated in Class 12 Science. In which 1.23 lakh of chemistry, 75 thousand of biology, 42 thousand of maths, 81 thousand of English as second language, 1.15 lakh of language and computer were evaluated.
