All primary and secondary schools in the state have summer and Diwali vacations as per the dates mentioned in the school activity calendar published by the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education every year. Accordingly, summer vacation has been scheduled in the current academic year in all Primary Schools, Government and Granted Teaching Temples, Bal Adhyapan Temples, Self- Employed PTC Colleges on the dates mentioned below.

In this regard, the District Education Officer and the District Primary Education Officer have to coordinate and announce the vacation dates, so that the vacation dates of the children of both the primary/ secondary schools can be the same. The District Education Officers have to inform this letter to Government and Granted Teaching Temples, Bal Adhyapan Temples, Independent PTC Colleges and all the schools under your control.
