on the pay as per the pay scales under the Gujarat State Service (Pay Revision) Rules-2016, dated as mentioned in Annexure (2). According to the government resolution dated 17/8/202, the employees and pensioners of the state government dt. Bereavement Allowance at the rate of 34% has been made available with effect from 1/1/2022. Govt of India mentioned in reference (3) and (4) above. 3/10/2022 and dt. From the office memorandum dated 3/4/2013, in case of Central Government employees, respectively dt. 344 rate of Dearness Allowance paid below has been increased to 38% with effect from 1/7/2018 and dt. It has been decided to pay bereavement allowance at the rate of 42% with effect from 1/1/2023. Dearness Allowance of State Government Employees and Pensioners at the existing rate of Rs.344, dt. 1/7/2022 and dt. 4% + 4% (eight percent) with effect from 1/1/2023, the matter of making 4 and 4 was under the consideration of the Government. After due consideration be sanctioned Mondhwari Allowance at the rates mentioned below in case of State Government employees and pensioners.

State Government and Panchayat employees dt. 1/7/2026 and dt. The dearness allowance due from 1/1/2023 up to May-203 will have to be paid in cash in 3 installments. (1) First installment with June salary (paid in July) (r) Second installment with August salary (paid in September) (3) Third installment with October salary (paid in November). Pensioners of the State Govt. 17-2022 and dt. 1/1/2026 Mr. May-2013 The amount of temporary additional difference due shall be paid in cash in installments as above. 50 (fifty) paise and above in Dearness Allowance shall be paid in whole rupees and less than 50 (fifty) paisa shall not be counted.
These orders apply to all State Government employees whose Provident Fund accounts are held by the State Government and Panchayat employees, academic and non- academic employees of secondary schools and higher secondary schools receiving grant- in- aid, non- government schools/ institutions whose employees have been given the benefit of salary revision as per the Seventh Pay Commission with the approval of the State Government. The employees who have the benefit of the applicable post (with appropriate modification) have been sanctioned pay scale as per the 7th Pay Commission, two graded employees on deputation to the Panchayat and the employees on the work completion
