Merit of students will be created.
(2) A scanned soft copy of the required certificates should be attached with the registered form and uploaded. (3) The student has to upload a soft copy of his latest passport size photo.
(2) Admission form fee is Rs. 500 / - has to be paid online.
(2) In the case of a university where the result is given in the marksheet from the grade, the student shows the grade in the mark.
Attaching a certificate is mandatory. If such a certificate is not available, it will be converted into a merit by UGU University and will be included in the merit list in its own way which will be valid for every concerned student.
Special instruction
The process of filling up the form as well as submitting the form fee has to be done online. Date: Will start from 10 am on 9/09/2071.

Students appearing for all the Graduate (TY) examinations taken in March-June 2018 will be able to fill up the online form. Hemchandracharya North Gujarat - Merit of the students of this university will be made after the results of the university are declared.
The scanned soft copies of the required certificates along with the registration form should be uploaded online by the date: 21/06/207.
The student has to pay an admission form fee of Rs. 500 / - has to be paid online,
