(2) Letter no. Of this office dated 17-08-20. Hitini / PVU / F.No.2 / 2030/21. In view of the circular given in reference to this office- (1), in view of the guideline of Govt. Cases / Court Matters were directed to be submitted to this office through post.

In order to prevent the spread of the current Corona transition and in the interest of the staff and the administration, a large number of service books can be accepted and social distance compliance can be complied with. As mentioned in Form-1, on the date indicated during the month of June / July-2071, all the Taluka Primary Education Officers of that district and the office of Nagar Primary Education Committee have taken into consideration the establishment mentioned in column-2 of the form per taluka. Salary must be submitted in person at this office for verification within 2 = 00 hours. BRC / CRC in the cases of primary teachers of the concerned taluka / district. The cases of primary teachers working at will have to be included, will not have to be submitted separately from the service book.
Except for the case of primary teachers, other instructions given by the circular given in reference (2) of this office for other offices will remain the same and as per the instructions given in the circular given in reference (2), all the offices will submit the employee's service book at this office. / Court Matter and Retirement / Retired Employee's service book should be submitted on priority basis as well as as per the instruction given in the letter given in reference to this office- (2) Will have to be presented since.

This office is in the process of developing software for online operation of higher pay scale as per the circulars mentioned in reference (1) and (2) and at present due to the epidemic of corona, retirement / death case / court matter by 30-05-207 ( Cases of Contempts Matter) were directed to be submitted to this office for verification of salary.

Due to the current Corona epidemic, 10 (ten) service books should be submitted in person at the office from 11 = 00 to 5 = 00 hours in a day for verification of salary bond, on the basis of priority of death / court matter and service book of retired / retiring employee. If it has to be submitted by one or two service books by the concerned office, it can be submitted by post, but the cases of primary teachers have to be submitted in person and not by post.

With regard to preventive measures to control the transmission of Novel Corona virus, the instructions given by the General Administration Department dated 30-05-20 have been strictly followed.

Regarding the above, in the circular issued in this office, it has been instructed that on the date indicated during July-August / 2020, all the taluka primary education officers of that district have to submit a maximum of 6 service books per taluka.

It seems from experience that three to four employees of the taluka come to this office to present the service book face to face, which has not been properly arranged to accept the service book of the taluka in person and social discrimination is not followed in the Koro epidemic. The service book of the employee should be an important permanent record which one or two authorized employees of the office of the Taluka Primary Education Officer should come to this office with the authority and identity card and present the name of the authorized employee of that taluka by post or by e-mail. To give all the District Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer / Taluka Primary Education Officer's office under your jurisdiction. Is requested.
