Subject: - Matter of verification of the bases used for preparing the result as per the provision of declaring pass to regular students instead of Public Examination-2021 of the Board.
Reference: - (1) Resolution of the Department of Education dated 07/09/2071, Crank: MASHAB / 121/4 / six (6) Office letter no. 2061
To inform the research on the above subject that due to the increase in the number of cases of coronary infection in the state, the examination of Std. 10, Std. 12 Science stream and Std. . Considering the transition of COVID-19 on 19/06/2021, it was decided to postpone the examinations.
Regular students of Std. 10 by the State Government on 16/09/2021
It was decided to declare the pass from Mass Promotion and a committee was constituted for the policy of declaring pass from Mass Promotion. The committee had submitted a report to the state government. The recommendations of the report have been accepted by the state government. To prepare the results of the regular students of Std-10 from the reference letter-2
Detailed instructions are provided for. On 05/08/2021, through BYSEG, all school principals, teachers and administration staff have been given the understanding to prepare the results. Verbal information was provided through Byseg. The office of the District Education Officer is asked to form appropriate teams at the district level to verify the following grounds.
Grounds for verification;
(9) Admission of the candidates sent by the school in the board's public examination of Std-10 and Std-12 who have to check the eligibility for admission by checking the school leaving certificate, general register note submitted from Std-9: Std-10 or Std-11
(3) Copy of standard 8 result of the candidates sent by the school in the board's public examination of standard 10 and verification of the basis of periodical test and unit test of standard 10.
(3) Verification of the results of Std. 10 board, copy of Std. 11 result and periodical test of Std. 12 and the basis of unit test of the candidates sent by the school in the public examination of Std.
All the bases used to prepare the above result such as periodical test question papers, unit test question papers, note of answer given by the student or answer book, assignment work etc. should be checked.
Thus, all the verified grounds must show the signature, name, designation and date of the verifying representative. A representative must obtain a copy of all these grounds from the school. The above work should be completed by Thursday on 10/02/2071.
