Reference letter no. Of Finance Department of Gujarat Government. Salary scale as well as pension in the follow up of 9th GR of the State Government. The following is to be corrected as follows.

(1) Benefit of salary reform to the above resolution of the State Government on the basis of scale-to-scale. Must be given from 01-01-2018. Actual implementation of salary reform Must be done from 01-09-2018 (Paid-in-October, 2018).

(3) As per the decision of the State Government to implement the revised pay structure as per the pay matrix in place of the existing pay band and grade-pay based pay structure, the schedule with this resolution is in line with the existing pay structure for the employees of MU Corp. Salary reform is implemented as per -1 (Pay Matrix).

(2) Dat. If the amount is multiplied by the existing basic salary (pay plus plus grade-pay in the pay band) of the employee on 31-12-2017 by a factor of 2.8, it will be in the cell shown in the column corresponding to the grade-pay received by the concerned employee in the pay-matrix. And if not the amount indicated in the next cell will be the revised salary of the employee.

(3) In the case of salary increment in view of the date of appointment, promotion or higher pay scale for the municipal employees at present, the date of increment is July 1, instead of two dates in the year, January 1 and July 1. However, the employee will be entitled to only one increment in a year depending on the date of his appointment, promotion or higher pay scale.

(2) Employees of Municipal Corporation should be given G.R. of State Government. Until further orders, other allowances other than dearness allowance will continue to be paid as per the salary of the Sixth Pay Commission and at the same rate.

(3) Pensioners of Municipal Corporation The benefit of pension reform will be given from 01-01-2018. Actual implementation of pension reform Will be done from 01-10-2018 (paid-in-November-2018).

(2) In Municipal Corporation, Dt. Employees who have retired before 01-01-2018 and are getting pension as per the Sixth Pay Commission, multiply the amount of basic pension based on the coefficient of Fitness Factor 7.5, which will be the amount of the revised pension.

As per Gujarat State Civil Service Rules 2018 has been published as per the relevant Sequence No. 2 of the State Government.

The rules do not apply to anyone.

These rules do not apply to the following persons:

(1) Individuals who are not in full-time employment,

(2) Individuals whose salaries are paid from the contingency fund.

(2) Individuals who are paid a salary other than on a monthly basis including persons whose salary is paid only on a retail rate basis.

(2) Adequately established work or hired on a daily basis or occasionally

To individuals,

(2) Persons employed by contract unless otherwise provided by contract;

(2) To persons who have been re-employed in the receiving municipal corporation, regardless of whether the pension of retirement age or at the time of retirement is paid from the accumulated fund of the Municipal Corporation.

(3) Persons of any other class or class who are exclusively excluded from the implementation of all or any of the provisions of these Rules by order.

> Pay-Matrix:

(1) Dat. Instead of pay-band and grade-pay implemented from 01-01-2008, pay-matrix as prescribed in the schedule with these rules has been fixed for the employees.

(3) The pay-matrix outlined in this schedule includes the following:

(1) Existing pay structure

(2) Improved pay structure

New pay as determined in the pay matrix levels of the revised pay structure:

Ta. In order to determine the salary in the pay-matrix implemented from 01-01-2017, the amount received by adding grade-pay to the salary received by the employee in the existing pay band by multiplying the sum by 7.5 will have to be fixed as salary in the new pay-matrix. Thus, the amount that comes from multiplying by the index of 2.5 is included.
