How to apply:
Interested candidates may apply Online through the website www.sebexam.org from 08-01-2021 to 11-02-2021.
Clicking on Apply Now will show the Application Format. First requested in Application Format
All the information provided will have to be filled.
Student details should be filled on the basis of U-DISE Number.
School details have to be filled based on the school's DISE Number.
* Now clicking on Save will save your data. Here the Application Number of the candidate will be generated. Which the candidate shall preserve.
* Now click on Upload photo- Signature at the top of the page. Type your Application Number here and type your Birth Date. Then click on Submit. Photo and signature here to upload.
To upload a photo and a signature, first of all your photo and signature must be in JPG format (15 Kb) in the computer in such a way that it does not exceed the size. Click on Browse Button. Now from the choose File screen, select the file in which your photo is stored in JPG format, and click the Pen Button. Now click on the upload button next to the Browse Button, now your Photo will appear next to it. Now you have to upload the signature in the same way.
* Now click on Confirm Application. Type your Application Number here and your Birth DateType. Then click on Submit. Edit Application if you want to modify the application here.
Correct by clicking above. Make any correction in the application before confirming the application.
However, no modification can be made in the application after the application is confirmed.
Click Confirm only if you do not feel the need to modify the application.
The application of the candidate will be accepted online and only after that it will be considered valid. Now click on print Application & Fee chalan. Type your confirmation number here and
Type your Birth Date. Then click on Submit.
* Print your application form and fee currency from here.
After that, any computerized Indian post office branch in Gujarat will be able to pay the examination fee in cash or through ATM CARD / NET BANKING through online payment gateway. How to pay the fee:
In order to pay the examination fee, the candidate has to print a currency slip after confirming the application and deposit this pay slip in cash at any computerized Indian post office branch in Gujarat.
* Candidate can also pay the examination fee through ATM CARD / NET BANKING through online payment gateway. After filling the application form in the computerized post office of Gujarat as the fee acceptance center, the examination fee can be paid by printing the fee currency. Two thirds of the printed currency is returned by the post office.
