> > Request leave in prescribed form.
- Subject to the letter of the Director, unauthorized leave will be deductible leave of the person staying on leave.
> The authority has the right to deny leave. Leave cannot be sought as a right.
- No power to change the type of leave without the written approval of the employee.
- Should not be allowed to formally attend duty at the end of the holiday with the intention of taking leave again in a few days.
> Vacation and leave cannot be combined for more than 150 days.
> For confirmation of illness with leave report sought under the cause of illness
The medical certificate must be attached.
હાજર A fitness certificate must be attached to attend from leave.
(1) CL (Casual Leave) - Occasional leave:
- Leave cannot be requested as a right.
- The headmaster of the school will be able to approve up to five CL leave at a time.
- CL before going on leave. Leave report card filled to get leave approved
In which the charge of class / school has to be handed over.
- Sunday or public holiday can be added before or after CL holiday. Public
Clergy cannot be taken for more than seven days including leave. - In exceptional circumstances, if more than seven leave has to be extended, a total of three, including an additional three
10 leave can be sanctioned by the Govt.
- The headmaster will be able to approve the leave by ensuring that less than 1/2 of the staff teachers are not present.
