You have to login from the school level through the "School Monitoring App" website.
To login to the "School Monitoring App" website from school level, the Login Page will open as shown below, in which your school's diecode will be your username and for the password (One Default Password: 1234) you have to enter and click on the Login button.

Will get. In which the Basic Details of the school will appear.
The school will be visited by CRC, BRC, URC and district as well as state officials under the "School Monitoring App" and they will be seen in the HM Action Log to see the instructions given to the school according to various categories. .
You will see a list of tasks listed by the school in the HM Action Log
Aim to improve. Suggestions according to these different categories will show Pending in School Status. Each work is assigned to the school according to which indicator, by whom and on what date

When the school completes each of these tasks, the school responds to the task by going to Status and updating

1. If the school has not started work, it will show "Pending". The school will not have to update.
. The school has started work, there will have to show "In Progress".
. If the school has completed the work, it will have to show "Close".
. If the school has completed the work and the officer visits the school a second time and the work is not OK, it will show "Re-Opened", and the school will have to complete the work with vigilance. The number of days the school has completed the work will also be checked.
