Upon re-verification by the concerned District Education and Training Bhavan Lecturer (Liaison Lecturer), out of the three names, the first ranked teacher should be selected on the basis of merit, if not deemed suitable, then the next ranked teacher should be selected, first rank should be given and reasons for it should be stated.
