Pursuant to the proposal made from your letter No. DPE/ 0116/12/ 2023 dated 08/12/2023 in return of the above subject, to inform that the provision of Chapter- N of the resolution dated 11/05/2023 of this department has been relaxed only for this year sufficient date 31 Government's approval is hereby granted to take action regarding intra- district/ inter- district transfer taking into consideration the posts of teachers retiring on 05/2024. Your level is requested to take an appropriate decision regarding the time limit for receipt of transfer applications and take further ancillary action.
