Subject: Matter of organizing a parents' convention on the occasion of 15th August-21st Independence Day.
Regarding the above subject, it should be mentioned that in the year 2021-22, the more the citizens of the village, educators, parents of the children studying in the school will be aware in terms of social awareness and public awareness, the more interested they will be in school development, the more vibrant and prosperous the school will be. The school is also a school. Only if the guardian is aware, will instill good values in the children. This is why it is suggested to organize a parents' convention in -2.
(1) Issues to be discussed at the Guardian Conference
- Discussion of different activities of the whole discipline. - Consideration on school education WSD (Whole School Development Plan).
Discussion on school hygiene, toilet clean as well as clean water.
- Children's Admissions Regularity Quality of Education - Out-of-School Children's Admission and Special Training Program for 9 to 12 Year Olds.
Planning matter. - Procurement and use of CWSN equipment for children with special needs Information
- Proper planning of transport and escort facilities. Drop out and meditate for girls education
> Discussion on Gyankunj Project, School of Excellence Program. - Consideration of cultural activities, sports programs
- Consideration for use in tree planting, water storage, greenschool, computer lab.
(Ii) Who will be invited to the parents' convention. Apart from the member of SMC / KMC, parents of other children studying in the school, elders of the area, persons like role models of the village
(2) Discussion of activities in schools
In the first session, all the SMCMCs will have to organize a celebration of the parents' convention on the occasion of Independence Day on 15th August 2021.
(2) Discussion of school facility grant. Compensation cost of one parent conference is Rs. 500 / - and 100 of documentation has been sanctioned.
All government primary schools and KGBV will have to spend Rs.500 / - per school.
These expenses will be borne under GOG Budget EDN-10 from the grant level at the district level
DPs and SMC / KMC
Governors are informed.
(2) To take special care of the following in the parents' convention.
1. The members coming to the parents' convention are also asked to strictly follow the COVID-12 guideline.
2. Effective planning and monitoring should be done for the success conditions of the parents' conference.
4. It is important to see that the suggestions made in the parents' conference are implemented immediately.
5. The time of the parents' meeting should be such as to suit the village leadership as well as the parents.
6. The Sheet of the Guardian Convention (District Consolidation Sheet) has been prepared and attached herewith.
વિષયઃ ૧૫ ઓગષ્ટ-૨૧ સ્વાતંત્રય દિન નિમિતે વાલી સંમેલનનું આયોજન કરવા બાબત.
ઉપરોકત વિષય પરત્વે જણાવવાનું કે,વર્ષ-૨૦૨૧-૨૨માં સમાજ જાગૃતિ તથા જન જાગૃતિના સંદર્ભમાં ગામના નાગરિકો,કેળવણીકારો,શાળામાં ભણતા બાળકોના વાલીઓ જેટલા જાગૃત હશે, શાળાના વિકાસમાં જેટલો રસ પરાવશે તેટલી શાળા વધારે જીવંત તથા સમૃધ્ધ બનશે.ઉપરાંત ગામના તમામ બાળકોને શાળામાં શિક્ષણ માટે નિયમિત મૌલશે અને ગુણવત્તાયુક્ત શિક્ષણની અનિવાર્યતા સમજશે પરિણામે શાળા ધ્વારા સારા નાગરિકોનું ધડતર થશે ઘર એ પણ એક શાળા છે.વાલી જાગૃત હશે,તો જ બાળકોને સારા સંસ્કારોનું સિંચન કરશે.આ સંદર્ભમાં રાજયની તમામ સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓ તેમજ કે.જી.બી.વીમાં વર્ષ ૨૦૨૧-૨૨માં વાલી સંમેલનનું આયોજન કરવા આથી જણાવવામાં આવે છે.
(૧) વાલી સંમેલનના ચર્ચા કરવાના મુદાઓ
- સમગ્ર શિક્ષાની અલગ અલગ એકટીવીટીની ચર્ચા. - શાળામાં શિક્ષણ WSD (Whole School Development Plan) પર વિચારણા ચિંતન.
ૐ શાળા સ્વચ્છતા, ટોયલેટ સ્વચ્છ તેમજ ચોખ્ખું પાણી અંગે ચર્ચા.
- બાળકોના પ્રવેશ નિયમિતતા શિક્ષણની ગુણવત્તા - ૬ થી ૧૪ વર્ષની વયજૂથના શાળા બહારના બાળકોના પ્રવેશ અને સ્પેશિયલ ટ્રેનિંગ પ્રોગ્રામના આયોજન બાબત. - વિશિષ્ટ જરૂરિયાતવાળા બાળકો CWSN સાધન સામગ્રીની પ્રાપ્તિ તથા ઉપયોગની જાણકારી
- ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટ તથા એસ્કોર્ટની સગવડતાનું યોગ્ય આયોજન. ડ્રોપ આઉટ અને કન્યા શિક્ષણ માટે ચિંતન
> જ્ઞાનકુંજ પ્રોજેકટ,સ્કૂલ ઓફ એકસીલન્સ કાર્યક્રમ બાબતે ચર્ચા. - સાંસ્કૃતિક પ્રવૃતિઓ રમત ગમતના કાર્યક્રમો બાબતે વિચારણા
- વૃક્ષારોપણ,જળસંચય, ગ્રીનસ્કૂલ,કમ્પ્યુટર લેબનો ઉપયોગ માટે વિચારણા
(ર) વાલી સંમેલનમાં કોણ આમંત્રિત હશે.એસ.એમ.સી/કે.એમસીના સભ્યી ઉપરાંત શાળામાં ભણતાં અન્ય બાળકોના વાલીઓ,જે તે વિસ્તારના વડીલ આગેવાન વ્યકિતઓગામના રોલ મોડેલ સમાન વ્યક્તિઓ ગામ પ્રેરક અને કર્મનિષ્ઠ વ્યકિતત્વ ધરાવતા કેળવણીકારો
(૩) શાળાઓમાં પ્રવૃતિઓની ચર્ચા
પ્રથમ સત્રમાં તમામ એસ.એમ.સી.એમ.સી.માં ૧૫ મી ઓગસ્ટ ૨૦૨૧ ના સ્વાતંત્રય દિન નિમિત્તે વાલી સંમેલનની ઉજવણી કરવાનું આયોજન કરવાનું રહેશે.
(૪) શાળા સુવિધા ગ્રાન્ટની ચર્ચા એક વાલી સંમેલનના સરભરા ખર્ચ રૂ.૨૦૦/-અને ડોક્યુમેન્ટેશનના ૧૦૦મંજુર થયેલ છે.જેથી
તમામ સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓ તથા કે.જી.બી.વીમાં શાળા દીઠ રૂ.૩૦૦/-ખર્ચ કરવાનો રહેશે.
આ ખર્ચ GOG Budget EDN-10 હેઠળ ઉધારવાનો રહેશેઆ અંગેની ગ્રાન્ટ જિલ્લા કક્ષાએથી એસ.એમ.સી/કે.એમ.સી માઁPFMS થી જમા થાય તે રીતે કાર્યવાહી કરવા ડી.પી.સીશ્રીઓ અને શાસનાધિકારીશ્રીઓને જણાવવામાં આવે છે.
(૫) વાલી સંમેલન માં નીચે મુજબની ખાસ તકેદારી રાખવી.
1. વાલી સંમેલનમાં આવનાર સભ્યોને કોવીડ-૧૯ગાઇડ લાઇનનું ચુસ્તપણે પાલન કરવા પણ જણાવવામાં આવે છે.
2. વાલી સંમેલનની સફળતાની શરતો માટે અસરકારક આયોજન તથા મોનીટરીંગ કરાવવાનું રહેશે 3. જે વાલી સંમેલન થાય તેની વિગતવાર નોંધ રાખવી અને વિઝીટબુકમાં સહીઓ લેવી તથા ડોકયુમેન્ટેશન કરાવવાનું રહેશે.
4. વાલી સંમેલનમાં જે સુચનો થયા હોય તેને સત્વરે અમલીકરણ થાય તે ખાસ જોવાનું રહેશે .
5. વાલીસંમેલનનો સમય ગામના આગેવાની તેમજ વાલીઓને અનુકૂળ હોય તેવી રાખવાનો રહેશે.
6. વાલી સંમેલનનું પત્રક (જિલ્લાનું એકંદરીકરણ પત્રક)આ સાથે તૈયાર કરી સામેલ રાખેલ છે.જેમાં માહિતી ભરી અત્રે રજુ કરવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે.
