Jayabharat Saha to state on the above subject that from the letter dated 4-9-2021 referred to by the Director of Primary Education, it has been instructed to keep the time of primary schools as per the routine. With .T.E. Considering the provision of Act-2009, to keep school time in D.M. Education officers have been instructed. Accordingly, in the Chana districts, instructions have been given by the District Primary Education Officers to be present in five schools for 8 hours daily from Monday to Friday and 8 hours on Saturdays. Mr. Aap Saheb also said that on September 9, Teachers' Day, like other employees, teachers should also perform 8 hours of duty. Considering our following representations in this regard, it is proposed to keep the school hours from 10-30 to 8-00 for the time given. ૩ '(1) Teachers must work with children in accordance with the RTE Act.-2009 for teaching working hours. Pre-planning and pre-planning of continuous teacher work even after the teacher has gone all day except for 3 hours
The teacher should not be bound by time constraints as he spends his time in preparation. Twelve (2) teachers do not even get rented houses to live in the hinterland villages. In which villages of more than 5 km can or cannot live at the taluka center. There is no transport facility from the taluka headquarters to the village. In such circumstances, Shiko is taking his private vehicle to the place of duty regularly. Especially in the state, more than 80 per cent of the sisters have to fulfill their responsibilities along with education.
(3) When the sun sets early in winter, there is no vehicle to come from the hinterland and it is dangerous for the school sisters to leave late in the evening. When the sisters have to stay for more than an hour in remote villages, they may face many questions. (2) Completion of all the details like unit test, experiment book, map book, essay verification, pre-educational planning of the classroom or exploration of reference literature is the time of teachers school time other than this education.
